• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the most recent deposit or to a verified method.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5 Welcome Bonus

jwtwin offers new members a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → total ৳37,000.
• Wagering requirement to withdraw the bonus: 10 times (10x).
• To withdraw after receiving the bonus, you must place bets totalling (deposit + bonus) x 10 = the specified amount.
• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.

6 Other Promotions and VIP Programme

jwtwin offers three VIP tiers, each with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Tier upgrades are based on regular betting activity and loyalty to the platform. The terms of promotional offers may change and users will be notified separately in such cases.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jwtwin:

• Fraud, manipulation or any dishonest use of the platform.
• Use of bots, automated software or any artificial means.
• Using another person's account or sharing account credentials.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassment or disrespectful behaviour towards other users.

Violation of any of the above conditions gives jwtwin the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action.

8 Fair Play Policy

If a bet is processed abnormally due to a technical error or system disruption, jwtwin reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet.
